What's a Term Sheet?
A term sheet is a non-binding document that investors and founders sign. It's really just getting folks rowing in the same direction kind of memorializing a meeting of the minds i'd say um probably three different categories of items so valuation, investment amount and governance are some of the things people look at when they're looking to make an investment. The last category includes information rights with financials or other information certain investors are entitled to on a quarterly or annual basis for example.
