How Do You Manage Between Training Sessions?

In terms of overall sessions, you talked about the 275, 200, you know, 90s k per week. How many sessions training sessions on average you kind of hitting during during a normal week and then obviously a training camp is probably a bit more but yeah. And somewhere in the in the UK in the winter when it's like at its heaviest point, it's probably three a day every day and then two on Saturday and one on Sunday. Yeah. Okay. So how are you managing between sessions so we can kind of break down into this so we can start with bedtime wake group for you to get this going. I've definitely got bad over it as a result of wood.
