I think I got this from a video of Joseph, like I don't take credit for it. We would start with standing footwork, with footwork, but with no reformer. And then we do multiple sets of that, take a little break, do something else, and then do the third, second and third set. That was how I mitigated for that in a group setting. It's great because when you're teaching a 50 minute or one hour session, and you're teaching the original matwork, it's like, well, what do you do for the other half hour? 20 minutes.
