What are my goals and how have i been doing? Should i be doing more? Do i need to change something? Do I need to let go of something? Just assess that. And then identify what you're going to do with it to day. You can do this in two to five minutes. What are some of the things that i really wanted to do? How am i doing? Like for me, one of my goals in this year has to do with finishing the manuscript for book three. Am i spending as much time in a given day, or in a given week, as i want to, as i feel i should?"
