Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

We're really building not just behavior mindset, but real impa structure to enable a diverse and inclusive environment. And the problem that we face is not so much at entry level, certainly for gender versity. When we start to look at other teers of diversity, they're still a long way to go. We've seen this happen over and over again, and we always lapse back into poor behaviours. I hope that doesn't happen again.
