Service design is looking to embrace as much of the experience as possible for someone who is trying to accomplish something by interacting with either a system or organization. Most service design teams have a business designer amongst them because they're, you know, the two halves are the same coin. Often you'll see that a kind of business model and the design of the different touch points and the service are kind of slightly odd to each other.
