How to Relieve Procrastination
The best way to relieve pain of rumination or procrastination is to be active in helping ourselves. Take a pill called action, take any positive action and be in a process of helping yourself to relieve the negative mindset. Everything you experience has two opposite meanings and both are true. The trick is to be able to teach yourself to find the positive alternate meaning and eventually default to that.
