The Relationship Between Thickness and Holiness
The American dream is tied up with the pricing of thinness as whiteness. The ideal female body type is very lean because of workout, but with big boobs and a big bud. And so there is maybe more of a focus on leanness plus muscle buildup in the case of men. In the case of women, it really is primarily about leanness, which then allows other aspects of culture like medicine or surgery to enhance other body parts in women.
