Is There a Difference in Training Volume?

When do you start preferencing the training towards something like bio mechanically? This is the limiter. And then probably a bit of call work, because we knowthat there's a pretty key and we don't wanto get much energy leakage. Once you go past that point into the sort of novice intermediate stages, i suppose you start to play around with some sort of framework,. Like how you make your decisions. I just use base it. There may be better ways, and with more effective or accurate ways.
