How to Prepare for Meetings
In order to figure out who those three people are, you need to have done some thinking about that in advance. The other thing I'm thinking about as far as consciousness on this is the first time you sent me a meeting invite, I was really impressed because it was clear what the outcome was and how we're going to spend our time. And so on the opposite side, almost all of us attend meetings as well that other people put together. So asking those questions to the meeting leader can help them define and be more clear about why you were invited or what they want to accomplish.
