Most injuries aren't as severe as what this one is being. The general take o messages, sometimes life sucks, and you just got to take it and deal with it. There's not much of a take home lessage in my case. And tl, general injury advice, there are a lot of things that i think are very useful high raps,. control tempo, not being focused on having to do certain movements. In particular, the power lifts have sort of magic status for love people that aren't power lifters. It isn't for body building purposes, for recreational purposes, or overall strength ftal training. Unless you're a power lifter, you can do perfectly well
