Multi Tasking Is a Misnomer

J papazan says we need to stop multi tasking and eliminate distractions. We're really taking away our ability to execute at our highest level when we're distracted, he says. J papazan: To i focus is a muscle just like your memory for creativity is a muscle. And so with focus, it's something you could do but every time it haes the benefit of being mindful.
