We have set points in each area of our lives, and it's where we feel safe and familiar. Your brain will very sneakily try to get you off course with these new results. And so what that looks like is a lot of intrusive thoughts that cause a lot of emotion That we're not used to observing and recognizing. If we can instead, learn to serf those emotions, if we can learn to watch our brains think,  it really is fascinating.
