Aisha and Shazai cooked a tiramisu last night that was made with a tofu base. I love tofu, but I do wish tofu tasted like Twinkies. The other thing that often comes up here is a sort of side-by-side comparison or maybe just a photo of the ultra processed food ingredient list. These are just vitamins and minerals that they're adding. But because it doubles the size of that list, it makes it seem worse.
