The Importance of Rest and Relaxation in Running

After race I prioritise that at least as much as the physical recovery. Having beers with friends just you know not super healthy for my physical recovery but it just gave me a chance to completely relax. It's okay to be a bit unhealthy here because it's mentally gonna allow me to recover better and he actually had a really big a person a friend of mine's 40th birthday party two weeks before his first lead bill which was the third race in the grandslam. He ended up the next day next two days really not feeling so good not doing any training there's also an altitude  at leadville.
