The Number One Mistake as a v P Is Not Hiring Managers That Are Better Than You

The number one mistake i see is not hiring managers that are better than you u you can't. As a v p when you come as a versoe you can hire eight, maybe ten, maybe even 12 people yourself and make it aand maybe take a few of those top folks on your team, those those junior ises, and promote them to managers so that you can get some scale. And again and again, i see hiring just inexperienced folks, and everything breaks. If you've never built a company yourself to a hundred million, 200 million in a r r? If you don't bring in people better and more experienced than you, you will wash out.
