Fat diets don't teach people how to eat healthily in a long term sustainable way. We need to be following good eating habits on a day to day basis and being physically active. That's the only secret is there is no secret. It would be much worse without that. Maybe that's why you should be thinking about it. Perhaps. Well, I guess part of the problem is that people are investing in strategies that don't work,. like fat diets and supplements.
