What Is the Glycemic Index?
The glycemic index is a measure of how quickly a food increases your blood sugar. The lower it is, the more stable you're going to get your ride to be. But for example, fried pork rinds are going to be a low glycemic index food. That doesn't mean that it's like, you know, a quote unquote health food. It's not painting the entire picture.
