Using Heart Rite in Low Intensity Work

Cycling is such a power dominant sport these days, that heart rite has sort of been thrown out the window. But for those low intensity works, always making sure that the heart rit is is one point where it should be. And and i can really feel, you know, wer i can look at thehrens alkohim, where i need to bean. It's flat. And  and i know that to morrow when i do high intensity, i'm ready. I'm exactly where i want to be. So i love power. We still need to have that calebration.
