Strength Work
strength work is a great component to building up your density. People think that the ground reaction force when running like can build up your bone density, but it doesn't really do a good job because it's just one load in one direction. It's also the muscles pulling and tugging on the bone in different directions which stimulates the bone to grow. And I think strength work is something that's approachable for all ages, but the sooner you start it in your life, the more benefit you're going to have later on when you're older.
