The Benefits of Different Rep Ranges in Strength Training

People overlook specificity a lot they tend to think a little too narrowly about different training related outcomes it's something that we've spoken about in different contexts too. There are advantages to doing training at long muscle lengths you see an increase in the number of fascicles and series for example. If you're trying to build a strong skeleton with really dense bones then doing some partials in very strong range of motion for you might be a smart strategy as might including some high impact exercises such as different types of jumps. The point is if you can understand the different determinants of these adaptations then you're more likely to get the outcomes that you actually want.
