There are eight core feelings which I didn't until I read the book. We end up moving away from the truth of what we're feeling. Here's a discipline I want you to try and practice in the coming weeks. This is what we would love you to do: whenever you're feeling a feeling, like forget if you're feels a feeling. Your first attempt is going to be probably to say something other than those eight felt.
