I'm always curious how different managers and leaders address that. I try to keep things as open and impossible to start like, Hey, here's what I'm seeing. So was there was specific feedback in that? Like do you feel like or was it more problem solving collaboration on the on the problem? There was some very practical, like we got together like. Super in the weeds, but one example is like he was getting just a ton of emails that weren't necessary for his day to day. And so we like set up filters, got it cleaned up.
