Sono wen: Meditation is great, if it works for you. It's what i consider a one kind of chatter busting tool. So theye are tools all around and and nature can be one place to find really useful tools. One thing that nature can do is recharge us. And awe an emotion that we experience when we're in the presence of something vast that we have trouble explaining. Sono wen: We often feel a whole lot smaller by comparison with our own problems so get a sense of awe from natural spaces.
