Until 1944 we see substantial changes adjustment made in this area. We see they move away from this many folks upon educational level and cultural credential, etc. They more focus upon how those teachers, winter school teachers, were treated or how their relationship with local residents looks like. And also we see substantial change in terms of the content of training.
