Sleep Difficulties & Autism
My Friend Autism
The Different Types of Melatonin Gummies
Autistic people struggle to sleep at night. And if you're behind and you have a debt, you find it even harder to stay regulated. As an autistic person, it has an impact on you because your brain is so different. You need all the energy and the sleep you can get. But I still seem to nap during a day whether it's every other day or quite regularly. That's a really interesting thought. Maybe it's true. My wife mentions that, you know, so I don't have any troubles leaving at night now. We'll talk about some of the new research later in the show.
