i love the idea that, you know, it feels like common sense, but it's not common practice, right? You avact o do it. And i think we've always had a disconnected our minds about how our bodies grow, but that our minds somehow don't have that same potential. Our beliefs about the extent to which we can change in fact affect the degree to which we change. Just a simple mind setshift can effect performance.
