Noticing what's inside the bundle of sensations as well, tingling or vibration. What sensations are created now and again, if it unpleasant, allowing it. If there are sensations that feel pleasant, saying, it's o cater like this. Then just beginning the journey back, and making this slow enough so you can feel the changing sensations.
