The Mad Cow panic is one of the few things that I've looked into for the show where like, oh, it was like a good idea to panic about this. The scariest thing about the Mad Cow stuff is that there's this years long incubation period where there's no symptoms and there's no test for it. Once you start getting Mad Cow as a human, it's like your brain gets foggy, you start losing short term memory, you fall down, you're super fatigued.
