Are there areas in your day where you're maybe like, you're just so accustomed to it that you don't even realize how compromised you may be? Maybe rather than eliminating the exercises altogether, maybe you can start to try some of the things that we've introduced on the show. And I know for myself, probably the most transformative thing of 2022 for me and even moving forward is to get my head over his foot when he's walking or running.
