Half of people, if they can't find what they're looking for in a website, they'll tab hop to a competitor's website. You could use that same kind of language in a a colt call as well. It immediately puts the person into thinking mode where ther like, o ships, people are going to our competitors. We don't want them buying similar products there. And i think that's a really big thing that all of these psychology principles do, whether from an outbound or a sale standpoint.
