Is There a Lack of Confidence?
A lot of people, when someone asks something of them, have a lot of trouble saying no. Is that tha result of a lack of confidence? Why it can be? It certainly can be. There are sociological and psychological reasons for it. If you have high negotiation consciousness, it meansyou're not afraid to ask for what you want. Youare not afraid to challenge anything or anybody. So you are assertive, and you challenge what people are telling you.
