The Focus in the Gym for Mid Distance Runners
I generally run every morning. I like morning runs on the morning go. So sessions on Thursday is generally, I think now it's just going to be threshold tempo we stuff,. And then Friday 30 minutes easy again. Saturday we do hill work so down at police paddocks. Big group there so we do either long heels or thresholds around hills things like that and then Sunday 90 minute long run. Yeah, off the week and then generally I might do gym on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon, depending on how I'm feeling. But during yeah during summer mobility and more power focused rather than heavy lifting.
