Is It a Good Idea to Just Go for It?
The economy is so hot right now and yet all this other stuff that seems to like have very little real world impact is collapsing. I don't know if you have a take on that or not. It's remarkable the extent to which high interest rates have like decimated like crappy fake parts of the economy while leaving the real economy totally untouched. We've seen crypto totally collapse in the last year. Like all the startups that are like $600 calendar apps, those are dying right now. Maybe the good ones will survive but like it's weird how much the real economy just keeps chugging along.
