Sleep is so unbelievably important and something that I notice if I if I have a bad night's sleep, someone can look at me the wrong way. What do you suggest are the best tools that people can use if they're having a bad night’s sleep or if they've gotten into a routine of one good night, one bad night, one good night,. One bad night? There's there's lots you can do. Some people like tohave a bath before bed to kind of slightly lower their body temperature when they get the bath which helps that induction of sleep. Create a very dark room, no phones, no screens, sit in low light.
