Is Oxidative Stress Always Bad Forus?

Infrared radiation from the sun actually goes into the mitochondria and is producing melotonin onsight. This is what the science is now starting to discover, making it very interestin as to how much sunlight are we getting and what happens when we don't get enough sunlight. So in certain places, at certain times, oxidative stress can be very beneficial. But in the mitocondria, no, the body needs systems in place to protect the mitochonjura because it's doing very important work.
