I Wish I Had Enjoyed the Journey a Little More

I think if we look through athletics and strength sports and all that, that wisdom's there because almost all of them say, looking back, I wish I would have enjoyed the journey a little more. And none of these things mean that when you get to the top of the mountain, you don't go look for a higher mountain. The conditions of that journey are different if you're in a place of passion and it's easier to put up with adversity and pain and disappointment if you're passionate about something than if you're not. It just is. So whatever that next journey is, we know going into it.
