Now at ashridge. e leaders and the eight week programme, we also er recorded them for about 27 hours, actually talking about their practice of mindfulness and their experience of it in the work place. We transcribed all that, and in a glorious process, went through a coding exercise to try and figure out, ocase, what are they saying has happened as a result of mine meditation practice? And we came up with another framework
