Do You Need an Absolute Rest?

Recovery is a constantly moving target because contexts always context. Sleep, nutrition and hydration, age, alistatic load and alitatic lad we've talked about before. All come with distinctly different recovery trajectoriesand with them their own recovery requirements. We're trying to optimize the adaptive response training we're doing. If we get more granular with it, we're looking at replenishment of energy stores. And i'm just going to touch on some other mental fatigue needs that won't register with people prior to the work out.
