Do You Know How to Measure Your v L Amax?

If you can do a very short sprint and then measure something physiological, that's a powerful tool to start with. The v l amax itself comes up against those problems of it's not really measuring a flux,. It's just measuring a change in concentration after doing a sprint. And where that what the physiological underpinning of that change in concentration really means for the muscle is very, very speculative. For that reason, i think it it's used a lot because it's easy to measure. I think it's easier to measure violamax than it is to measure late threshold, for example.
