Garmin VO2 Max Training Plan

Walking has been great to get volume in and at the same time allow me to recover. The best form of quote unquote walking as a substitute for running would actually be to hike on hilly trails or hilly terrain. I have felt great progress on my runs and my Garmin VO2 Max has increased thanks and keep up the good work.
