Adad: I have am a little thing on my phone, which i uset seven p m every day. It has that in and it just elaborates it on it a little bit more. When i'm feeling good, when i'm feeling happy, i'm feeling excited, these are all important things to write down. Spending time with my kids, going for a dip in the sea,. reading book, yot ive, give myself a day off, to head off to the spar er without my phone. These are simple things which everyone knows that they need to do, but they don't do.
