Planning a White Paper for a CTO

There's an opportunity here to carve out a separate engagement and to do a paid strategy session or road mapping engagement for planning out this white paper. And the outcome is basically we're now crystal clear on exactly what we need to write, about how we're going to go about it. That could be its own engagement right there. So I'm a proponent, at least in my world, or splintering that off and not kind of wrapping it into just one big bundle, if you will.
