How to Find the Entry Point for Rehab

The overwhelming, most common mistake people make is not backing off enough. People are just digging in their heels afraid to take weight off the bar and feel like they're backsliding. So that first session, that's what I'm trying to find. And then in subsequent sessions from there, which are ideally on non-consecutive days later in the week, we can build a little bit from there relatively small increments. The only other thing here is that the only change in my warm up may be some like directensitization work at that time.
