The Importance of Consistency in Training

It is possible to do it more often during the season theoretically. We are doing a lap test in the winter to define via to max really measured. But that's also part of the medical testing. And then in the field we do maximal testing eight minute intervals and sometimes we add a five minute all out, but yeah, the 5 minute all out is still better to do with for a rider than a 20 minute all out.
