I think that's what makes this model so interesting because I think when people first hear about it we tend to draw power levels with typical adaptive thermogenesis. It does seem to be different mechanistically at least or at least not being able to explain it in the same way as those metabolic adaptations we get to say reducing calorie intake and increasing food intake. There's just a lot to discover there since putting this model on the table, he says.
