The Difference Between Agent and Broker
I manage 20 odd agents and the way the license law works, you licensed agent has to be under the sponsorship and oversight of a licensed broker. It's just a structure system that creates massive amount of accountability between a licensee and the public. Most folks don't want to be a broker and I don't blame them so they'll operate as a licensed agent under a broker. And even licensed brokers can work as under another broker. Man or woman, the buck stops with them as the sponsoring broker. Okay. So how many markets does rec land work in? Where licensed in eight states, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Texas, Missouri, Iowa,. And then we're also licensed in Georgia.
