How Do I Write a Pain Scale?
When we think of symptoms and detection, the signal that we're oftentimes looking for with this sort of stuff is often like pain or tightness. We'd like to say that a pain less than a four out of 10 is what we deem acceptable. Some injuries can actually diminish during exercise when you've warmed up because they are very classic warm-up effects. The first rule was Pain doesn't come back until it has been experienced by people who have dealt with it before. But that's only one pain rule; there are other rules that need to be observed as well.
