How a Mediator Can Help a Negotiator?

A few times in my life we've had to lik a very complex negotiation, we brought in like a professional mediator. I's essentially to be the impartial person who saysd look, no argument i'm making is something that i wouldn't make for your side either. It's saying, this is why we're having the negotiation. And so recognizing symmetry and being impartial is a great way to persuade the other side that what you're doing is fair.
