Alcohol Is the Number One Sleep Aid
Alcohol is the number one sleep aid world wide, but it's a very deceptive one. When we drink, initially, alcohol help to a lower our cor body temperature, and it helps to a raise our identicine levels. But after as you start to sober up, your body temperature rhythm gets thrown off. Your adenizine levels, which help make you sleepy, they kind of go completely out of whack. And lots of other things happen in your biology that then wake you up or put you in a really light stage of sleep. So instead of me now using alcohol as a tool to help my sleep, i now try to do certain things to mitigate its impact on
